These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 68game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 68game website located at 68game.co and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

To register for and use a 68game account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible user is permitted to maintain one (1) 68game account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 68game is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 68game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 68game is required to verify the identity of account holders. You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in your account being restricted, in particular with respect to withdrawal processing.
3.5 Account Currency. All 68game accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted on the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 68game currently accepts the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. This list is subject to change without notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. 68game reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods registered to a third party, is prohibited.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. 68game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Times are indicative and may vary.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 68game maintains anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities and accounts involved may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 68game are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Abuse. 68game reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend any account found to be abusing bonus terms, operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or engaging in any other form of bonus manipulation.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 68game may amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
6.1 Game Rules. All games on the 68game Platform are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 68game reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and return stakes to the relevant account balances. Such decisions are final.
6.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 68game reserves the right to amend betting limits at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a clearly erroneous price, odds, or payout being displayed — whether due to human error or system malfunction — 68game reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
6.5 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on 68game use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently certified. 68game does not manipulate, nor is it technically capable of manipulating, the outcomes of certified RNG games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 68game Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
All content on the 68game Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, interface designs, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of 68game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content or software from the Platform without the prior written consent of 68game.
9.1 The 68game Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 68game makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or defects, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 68game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9.3 68game's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 68game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 By You. You may close your 68game account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any outstanding balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
10.2 By 68game. 68game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity is suspected; (c) KYC requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) it is otherwise necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a suspended or terminated account will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 68game operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to 68game customer support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral, either party may pursue resolution through such formal dispute resolution mechanisms as are available under the applicable governing law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
By using the 68game Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may not be legal in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
